In the historic district of Porto Maurizio in Imperia, you will spend around 4 enjoyable hours in a relaxed atmosphere. After a welcome with the famous Focaccia di Recco, freshly prepared by Patti, you will discover the secrets of traditional Ligurian cuisine.
Together, you will prepare classic Ligurian focaccia, fresh handmade pasta, pesto made in a traditional marble mortar, and sweet Gobeletti – delicate shortcrust pastries filled with apricot jam.
While cooking, Patti will share stories about local traditions, Ligurian culture, and the renowned Taggiasca olive oil. Step by step, you will learn authentic recipes passed down through generations.
At the end of the class, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by local wine.
