Once a booking is made, we will contact the customer to confirm the necessary details. For airport pick-ups, we require the flight number and scheduled arrival time. For port pick-ups, we need the name of the ferry and its estimated time of arrival in Santorini. For transfers within the island or for departure services, we simply require the preferred date and time of the service.

For groups of four or more, arrangements must be discussed in advance to ensure appropriate vehicle availability and comfort.
