Enjoy an authentic ramen-making experience in Gion, Kyoto, created by Musoshin, a popular ramen brand with six locations in Kyoto and Toronto.

Musoshin’s Toronto locations have been recognized by Michelin for four consecutive years.

This special experience includes hands-on ramen making and tasting, carefully guided by professional ramen chefs, along with a personalized chopstick engraving experience. An optional plate-painting experience is also available, making this a complete and memorable plan.

What to expect

Noodles can be found all over the world, but authentic ramen soup can only be made by you.
In this experience, we teach you how to make real ramen soup using seasonings you can buy in your own country.
You will receive a Musoshin Ramen Dojo bandana and Ramen recipe and the chopsticks engraved with your name, as special souvenirs.
The best thing about this class is that after you finish it, you’ll be able to make authentic ramen in your own kitchen back home.
