• Staying outside Hanoi Old Quarter? Send us your hotel address. We will suggest the nearest meeting point, which you must reach on your own.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
• Hanoi pickup: Transfer from Hanoi is included.
• Tuan Chau pickup: Transfer from Hanoi is not included.
• Please inform us in advance about vegetarian meals, dietary needs, or food allergies.
• Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for kayaking, hiking, swimming, and cave exploration. Bring swimwear if needed.
