With the chef of Loredana you will have the opportunity to prepare with your own hands a real Sicilian menu in a convivial and joyful atmosphere. You will discover particular techniques and stories related to tradition. The lesson lasts about 2 hours. At 11.30 am there is a break to visit the bell tower of Messina, which is just a 7-minute walk away. Participants, on their return will find lunch consisting of the dishes they prepare. The lesson is also suitable for industry professionals

Meeting point

The restaurant is located behind the Messina Courthouse, just a 10-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute walk from Messina's Cathedral Square. You can easily recognize it by the sign and by the courtyard at the entrance where there are tables, chairs and many plants

What to expect

The workshop starts at 9.30. or at 12.30 pm Participants will cook with the Guide of Chef Loredana an authentic Sicilian menu. Participants in the first round at 11.30 a.m. can go to the nearby cathedral to see the bell tower and return to enjoy their own prepared lunch. Participants in the 12.30 shift can visit the cathedral and go to our restaurant for the cooking class at 12.30 with lunch at the end around 2.30 pm
