This hands-on cooking class takes place in an elegant frescoed hall overlooking Via Garibaldi, the famous UNESCO-listed street of the Rolli Palaces. Guided by foodteller Fabio Bongiorni, you’ll learn how to make traditional pesto by hand using the ancient marble mortar technique, while discovering stories, traditions, and culinary secrets from Liguria.
