Visit Ninamarca Chullpas and Paucartambo. Enter Manu via Acjanaco (4000 m) and descend into the cloud forest to observe orchids and the rock rooster ritual. Overnight in Pilcopata.
Boat trip on the Mother of God River. Explore Lake Machuwasi by catamaran to observe prehistoric birds (Hoatzin), monkeys and alligators. Optional night hiking.
Visit the Parrot Clay Lick at dawn. Later, hike through the primary forest to discover the stunning Giant Tree and observe the local biodiversity. Second night at Paititi Lodge.
Final breakfast in the jungle and return by boat to Watchtower. Transfer by bus back to the Imperial City, crossing again the cloud forest. Approximate arrival at 19:00.
