Please come to our shop located at 361 W 52nd St, New York, NY 10019. Our team will be waiting for you inside the store. Look for our staff in yellow “New York Bike Rentals” t-shirts – they will assist you with your e-bike rental.

Helmets & Locks: Confirmed. These are standard equipment for every rental.

*What to Bring
Please bring with you your passport or ID card. As per our policy, this is held as the "guarantee" since we do not request a deposit.

Riding Ability: Every guest must be able to ride independently for safety/liability reasons.
Under 18 Policy: For legal reasons in NYC, a minor cannot sign a rental agreement; a parent or guardian (18+) must be present to sign the waiver.

E-Bike Age (16+): This is a firm rule. New York State/City law typically requires riders to be at least 16 to operate electric assist bicycles.
