Meeting and pickup
Pick-up is included from the lobby of hotels and resorts in Bávaro, Punta Cana, and Cap Cana.
Transportation is not included for same-day bookings or for accommodations located in the Friusa or Verón areas. Guests in these cases must arrive at the assigned meeting point on their own.
Your exact pick-up time will be confirmed during the afternoon on the day before your tour.
All hotel pick-ups take place directly at the hotel lobby. Please be at the lobby 5–10 minutes before your confirmed pick-up time. Upon arrival, the driver will call your name to identify you.
Pick-up generally takes place within 30 minutes before the tour, but for some hotels it may begin up to 1 hour before the scheduled tour time due to distance, logistics, and multiple pick-up stops.
Please make sure you are at the lobby and ready at the confirmed time. If you are not present when the driver arrives and calls your name, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
