Travelers who do not require hotel pickup can meet us at entrance to 7/11 store. Please wait at the designated spot. A company van will arrive, and the driver or guide will call you by the Lead Traveler's name.

    Departure point for the whale shark tour. Guests check in, receive a safety briefing? light breakfast and board the boat before heading to the whale shark area.

    The main activity of the day is swimming and snorkeling with whale sharks in their natural habitat in the protected waters north of Isla Mujeres and Isla Contoy.

    Return to Punta Sam Marina after the whale shark experience. Guests may use the facilities to rinse off and change into dry clothes before returning to their hotels or continuing their travels independently..
