The traveler will be picked up at the Kailua pier upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy – Cruise Guests
In the event that a cruise ship is unable to dock or operate laying services due to ocean conditions or by the sole decision of the ship's captain, a refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be issued.
As an independent tour operator, we prepare and book all resources in advance — including vehicle assignment, guide scheduling and operational logistics — based on the confirmed booking. For this reason, and due to the last minute nature of these types of cancellations, only a partial refund can be offered.
We strongly recommend that all cruise guests purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen interruptions of this nature.

On the day of the service, the driver arrives on time at the agreed place. It assists passengers with luggage and offers a cordial welcome, ensuring a comfortable and organized start.
Transfer
During the journey, passengers enjoy comfortable, safe and private transportation. The driver maintains professional driving and can provide general destination information if desired.
Monitoring the service
We monitor the service in real time to ensure everything goes according to plan, adapting to any changes or needs that may arise.
Arrival and assistance
Upon arrival at the destination, the driver again assists with luggage and ensures that passengers have arrived safely and satisfactorily.
Drop-off
The service concludes at the agreed point, ensuring a smooth, punctual and high-level experience from start to finish.
