For arrivals at Terminal A, proceed outside the terminal and look for your personalized name sign near the “Welcome to Punta Cana” sign, where airport representatives and drivers greet arriving passengers. At Terminal B, exit the arrivals area and locate your driver among the representatives holding personalized nameboards.
We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight's actual arrival. If you experience unexpected delays during immigration, baggage claim, or customs, please contact your driver or our customer support team by phone or WhatsApp to coordinate any additional waiting time.
For hotel and resort departures, your driver will meet you at the main lobby or designated transportation pickup area. Please be ready at your scheduled pickup time. Up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included. Some resorts may require pickup at an authorized external meeting point.
To ensure a smooth transfer, please provide your airline, flight number, hotel or accommodation name, and a valid contact number when booking. Your driver's contact information and any additional meeting instructions will be shared with your transfer arrangements.
