Join a Kyoto local for a 2.5-hour crawl through Pontocho and Gion, the backstreets where Kyotoites actually end their day. We hop a small string of hand-picked spots — sharing Kyoto-craft sake, Japanese whisky, and a seasonal cocktail along the way.

Each stop is its own room of one night: a standing izakaya, a hidden counter along the Kamogawa, a sake bar pouring labels you can't buy abroad — and, if the night allows, a quiet last pour under the lanterns.
