ODORU—meaning “excitement”—offers a mindful 6-course plant-based meal with 15 seasonal dishes on a large lacquer tray, inspired by Shojin Ryori. Using organic or low-chemical ingredients, additive-free, and prepared without the five pungent roots, each bite brings natural umami.
Between courses, enjoy a playful chopstick challenge, explore fermented aromas, uncover nukazuke secrets, learn the meaning of Itadakimasu and Gochisosama, and try writing Hiragana while sipping tea.
