From Cadillac, after the Domaine des Perchés portal take the first road on the left. You can park on the first parking lot on your left.
What to expect
During this guided tour of about 1 hour, immerse yourself in the world of the estate between vineyards, cellar and tasting.
The tour is provided by a member of the estate team, who will share with you the family history and passion for wine.
Start with a discovery of the vineyard and the organic and biodynamic farming practices that shape the work of the vine over the seasons.
Continue with a visit to the winemaking and aging cellars, where you will understand the influence of different containers (stainless steel tanks, wood, amphora) on the expression of wines.
Discover also the identity of the estate, between wine, nature and creation, as well as its family history.
The visit ends with a commented tasting of several cuvées, around aromas, grape varieties and wine pairings.
