The tour starts in a location immersed in the vineyards with a rich brunch of cold cuts, typical cheeses, homemade desserts, wine and coffee. You will then continue in a historic vinegar factory to discover the secrets of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar PDO, strolling through the centuries-old barrels and participating in a guided tasting of different maturations.
