The star of the evening will be a true "sfoglina" (traditional pasta maker)—a guardian of the local gastronomic heritage—who will prepare a homemade menu for you consisting of an appetizer, main course, and dessert, all strictly handmade. The menu can be selected at the time of booking, according to your tastes.
Accompanying the dinner will be two wine tastings, selected to enhance the flavors of the menu.
