But the adventure doesn’t stop when you catch your fish. One of the highlights of this experience is the fresh sashimi on board. Your freshly caught fish can be prepared and served in a simple Japanese-inspired sashimi style, allowing you to enjoy the natural freshness and delicate flavor of the catch while still surrounded by the ocean where it was caught
