Free Pickup: Most operators offer free pickup service from hotels in the Ica area and at key points such as the Ica bus terminal. Make sure to provide the exact address when making the reservation.

Pickup from Lima/Paracas/Nazca: If you are coming from Lima or Paracas, the operator can offer you a pickup service (usually for an additional cost). It is advisable to check in advance about the availability and fares of transportation from these cities.

Punctuality: The driver will arrive at the agreed time, so we ask you to be punctual to avoid delays in the tour departure. If you are not available at the indicated time, the operator is not responsible for the loss of service.

Pickup Points: If you are not staying at a specific hotel in Ica, you can opt for popular pickup points in the city, such as the Plaza de Armas of Ica or the bus station. Confirm your pick-up point with the operator before your arrival.

Travelers with Late Arrivals: If your flight or transport arrives after the pickup hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange the service at another time.
