We will assign our team to pick up guests from any hotels within a 5-kilometer radius of Hoan Kiem Lake. If guest are not staying in this area, we will meet them at Hanoi Train Station. In any case, our staff will hold a welcome board with the company's logo and have guests name on it.

Gather at the main gate of Hanoi Railway Station (front of Le Duan Street). Our tour guide will hold a company name sign board to welcome you before checking in to board the train.
