Walk through Downtown and Old Town to a traditional local market. Meet local vendors and discover fresh produce, chiles, spices, tortillas, meats and ingredients used in authentic Mexican cooking.

3. Comfortable Van Ride
After exploring the market, relax and cool down with a comfortable air-conditioned van ride back to the cooking venue.

4. Hands-On Mexican Cooking
Cook on our rooftop terrace with beautiful city, ocean and cathedral views. Prepare traditional dishes, fresh salsas and handmade tortillas step-by-step using family recipes and local ingredients.

5. Eat, Drink & Enjoy
Sit down together and enjoy the complete meal you prepared, accompanied by traditional Mexican flavors and a raicilla tasting.
