Meeting and pickup
Please meet us at Gaby’s Restaurant, Mina 252, Centro, Puerto Vallarta. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown, near the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Malecón. Look for the Gaby’s Restaurant sign at the entrance.
What to expect
You’ll prepare handmade corn tortillas, crispy taquitos or flautas, quesadillas, traditional guacamole, two signature Mexican salsas, and freshly made cinnamon-sugar churros. Along the way, learn about Mexican chiles, corn, spices, family recipes, and cooking traditions.
While you cook, enjoy a refreshing classic margarita and the relaxed atmosphere of the rooftop. At the end of the class, sit down together and enjoy the complete Mexican feast you prepared.
This experience is hosted at Gaby’s Restaurant, a family-owned Puerto Vallarta tradition since 1989, and is perfect for couples, families, friends, and anyone who wants to experience Mexican food and culture in a fun and authentic way.
