Start your morning at the Capucins Market with a coffee and fresh croissant before exploring the market's lively stalls. Together we'll shop for fresh ingredients, then take a walk through Bordeaux's historic center to my apartment.
I'll show you how to prepare a simple French dish that's easy to recreate at home. Then we'll sit down to enjoy our meal, along with local cheese, dessert, and plenty of conversation about life in Bordeaux.

What to expect
From the market, we'll stroll through Bordeaux's historic center to my apartment. We'll nibble on fresh bakery bread and olives while we enjoy cooking together. The cooking is simple and relaxed, and you're welcome to be as involved as you'd like.
Then we'll sit down to enjoy our meal together, sharing great food and conversation. I'll also be happy to share my favorite recommendations for discovering Bordeaux.
Please note: Alcohol is not included due to local regulations, but you're welcome to bring your own wine or purchase a bottle along the way.
