For arrivals at Sangster International Airport, please proceed through Immigration and Customs, collect your luggage, and exit to the arrivals area. Your driver will be waiting in the designated pickup zone holding a sign with your name or booking reference.
To ensure a smooth pickup, kindly provide your flight number, arrival time, and hotel name (Grand Palladium or Princess Hotel) in advance. All flights are monitored, so delays are accommodated at no additional cost.
For cruise port pickups, your driver will be positioned near the main terminal exit with a visible name sign.
If you do not see your driver right away, please remain in the pickup area and contact the number on your confirmation. We recommend keeping your phone on for easy communication.
For special requests such as child seats, wheelchair assistance, or extra luggage, please inform us ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements.

The drive follows Jamaica’s scenic north coast, offering beautiful ocean views along the way.
We provide real-time flight and cruise tracking, so your pickup is automatically adjusted in case of delays—at no extra cost. Upon arrival, your driver will drop you off directly at your hotel entrance and assist with your luggage.
