Pickup details:

For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name at Jet Lag café in Terminal A or Refugio café in Terminal B. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, please proceed to the meeting point for your arrival terminal. We will confirm the pickup details before your transfer.

For hotel or Airbnb pickups, please meet your driver in the hotel lobby or at the pickup point confirmed in advance, at the scheduled time.
