Lunch will be served at Emi no Mise, a restaurant well known for its longevity-inspired cuisine. (The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, so an alternative restaurant will be arranged on those days.) Using fresh vegetables grown in Ogimi Village, the meal provides an opportunity to experience Okinawa’s unique food philosophy.
