Please note that independent tour operators are not permitted to meet guests inside the pier area.
To meet our team, you must walk from the ship through the port's shopping village to the MAIN EXIT GATE on the street side.
This is approximately a 12-15 minute walk. Once you are outside the security gate, look for our guide holding a JA Transfers and Tours sign or a sign with your name.
HOTEL & AIRBNB GUESTS:
Pickup is from the main lobby of your resort or the main entrance of your building.
Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
HOW TO IDENTIFY US:
The staff will be wearing branded shirts and holding a clearly visible sign.
We use modern white or silver air-conditioned vans in pristine condition.
