Please note that independent tour operators are not allowed to wait inside the pier area.
Meeting Point: You must walk from the ship, through the port's shopping village, to the MAIN EXIT GATE leading to the street.
This is a scenic 10-12 minute walk. Once you are outside the security checkpoint, look for our guide holding a JA Transfers and Tours sign or a sign with your name.

We provide pickup directly from the main lobby of your resort or the main entrance of your building.
Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
