Welcome to your adventure with JA Transfers and Tours! To ensure a seamless pickup, please follow these instructions:
CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS (Amber Cove & Taino Bay):
Port regulations require independent operators to meet guests OUTSIDE the main port gates. You must walk approximately 12–15 minutes from the ship through the port's shopping village to the MAIN EXIT GATE leading to the street. Once outside the security gate, look for the guide holding a sign with the JA Transfers and Tours logo or your name.
HOTEL GUESTS:
We will pick you up directly at the main lobby of your resort. Please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
IMPORTANT: Please confirm your booking via WhatsApp at +1 829-408-0629. We monitor all ship schedules and will adjust your pickup time if your cruise is delayed.
