In a welcoming atmosphere, your host will guide you step by step as you make 10 Mozartkugeln using premium ingredients and traditional techniques. Meeting and pickup
Meeting Point: Please meet at Werkstättenstraße 22 five minutes before the workshop starts. I will meet you there and walk with you to the private studio. From the city center, take Bus 3 to "Werkstättenstraße". Please note that the building is not wheelchair accessible.
What to expect
Now it's your turn! Guided step by step, you'll shape the nougat centre, cover it with pistachio marzipan and finish each Mozartkugel by hand with rich dark chocolate.
Enjoy the creative process in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Once your Mozartkugeln are ready, you'll wrap your 10 handmade chocolates to take home, along with the original recipe and a delicious memory of Salzburg.
