Create your own authentic Mozartkugeln and experience one of Salzburg's most beloved traditions. In this hands-on workshop, your host will guide you step by step as you craft 10 handmade Mozartkugeln using premium ingredients and traditional techniques. Wrap your chocolates to take home, receive the original recipe, and leave with a memorable Salzburg experience to share long after your visit. Meeting and pickup
Meeting Point: Please meet at Werkstättenstraße 22 five minutes before the workshop starts. I will meet you there and walk with you to the private studio. From the city center, take Bus 3 to "Werkstättenstraße". Please note that the building is not wheelchair accessible.
What to expect
CREATE YOUR OWN MOZARTKUGEL
Now it's your turn to become a chocolatier. Guided step by step, you'll shape the signature nougat center, coat it with pistachio marzipan, and finish each Mozartkugel by hand in rich dark chocolate. Your host will share traditional techniques and make sure everyone enjoys the process, regardless of experience.
A SWEET SALZBURG MEMORY
After your Mozartkugeln have cooled, you'll wrap them in traditional foil and package them to take home. You'll leave with ten handmade Mozartkugeln, the original recipe and, above all, a memorable experience of Salzburg to share with family and friends.
