Pickup details:

Your licensed Barcelona taxi driver will meet you at the selected pickup location. For airport arrivals, your driver will monitor your flight and contact you by phone or WhatsApp using the number provided in the booking.

At Barcelona Airport Terminal 1 (T1), after you exit the arrivals area, you will see the restaurant/café called Coco. Your driver will be waiting there with a signboard showing your name.

At Terminal 2 (T2), your driver will meet you at the arrivals exit with a signboard showing your name.

For hotel pickup, the driver will meet you outside the main entrance of your hotel. For cruise port pickup, the driver will meet you at the cruise terminal exit.

Please provide your flight number, arrival terminal, hotel address or cruise terminal, passenger count, luggage details, and a working phone number with WhatsApp.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

“After booking, travelers receive a confirmation with the driver’s contact information. On the day of the transfer, the licensed Barcelona taxi driver meets travelers at the designated pickup location: airport arrivals, hotel entrance, or cruise terminal. The driver will display a black-and-yellow taxi with the traveler’s name on a sign. Travelers are assisted with luggage and safely escorted to the vehicle. The route is direct and comfortable, ensuring a timely arrival at the chosen drop-off location. For any questions, travelers can contact the driver or our support team using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation.”
