Guided ascent to Ilamatepec Volcano, the highest volcano in El Salvador. The walk lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours each way and is moderate to high difficulty. During the tour, you will observe and know information about the volcanic area and whether biodiversity. At the top, travelers can observe the stunning crater with its turquoise lagoon and enjoy panoramic views of the region.
Relax by the beautiful Lake Coatepeque after finishing the hike and enjoy free time to have lunch with direct views of the lake.
