What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our driver will be waiting at the airport arrivals area holding a sign with your name (or your booking reference).
Please provide your flight number and estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so we can track your flight and adjust the pickup accordingly.
If your flight is delayed, there's no need to worry — we monitor flight status and adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge.
For the return transfer, please confirm your exact departure date, flight number, and preferred pickup time at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure via WhatsApp.
Pickup location for the return trip can be the same hotel/accommodation used for arrival, or a different address within the Puerto Plata/Sosúa/Cabarete area (please specify at time of booking).
A grace period of up to 60 minutes after landing is included to account for immigration and baggage claim; additional waiting time may be subject to a small fee.
Child seats are available upon request — please let us know in advance if needed.

3. Day Before the Service
We send a reminder message with:
The driver’s name
Vehicle description
Meeting instructions
Live contact number
This helps ensure a smooth and safe pickup.
4. Pickup Day – Driver Arrival
Your driver arrives 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Depending on your pickup point:
Cruise Ports (Amber Cove / Taino Bay):
The driver waits at the designated meeting area with a sign showing your name. Ports do not allow vehicles inside restricted zones, so you will walk a short distance to the meeting point.
Hotels & Resorts:
The driver meets you at the main lobby entrance.
Airbnb / Private Residences:
The driver waits outside the exact address provided.
5. Greeting & Assistance
Your driver greets you with a warm welcome and helps with:
Luggage
Seating arrangements
Making sure everyone is comfortable
Cold bottled water is provided, and you may choose your preferred music.
6. Safety & Comfort Check
