1Mount Batur
Your Mount Batur adventure begins with a hotel pickup at 1:30 AM or 2:00 AM, depending on your selected departure time and pickup area (Canggu, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak or Ubud). Upon arrival at the base of Mount Batur — an active volcano standing 1,717 meters (5,633 ft) above sea level, your English-speaking guide trekking will equip you with a flashlight and trekking pole for the 1.5 to 2-hour ascent through scenic volcanic terrain. Reach the crater rim before dawn and witness a breathtaking sunrise above the clouds, with panoramic views of Mount Agung, Mount Abang, and Lake Batur. Enjoy a warm breakfast and hot tea or coffee at the summit before descending. Choose your preferred experience: Joined-in Trekking (small shared group), Private Trekking (exclusive tour), Trekking + Hot Springs (soak in natural geothermal pools to soothe tired muscles) and Coffee Plantation (Balinese coffee after your hike).
