After booking, the traveler receives a confirmation with the agreed pickup date, time, pickup location, destination, and contact details.

Before the transfer, the driver reviews the booking details and may contact the traveler by SMS or WhatsApp to confirm the exact pickup point and any practical arrangements. The traveler should provide accurate accommodation details and be ready at the agreed time.

On the day of travel, the driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle suitable for the booked number of passengers and luggage. The driver assists with loading the luggage and confirms the destination before departure.

The service is a private transfer, so the vehicle is reserved exclusively for the booked traveler or group. The journey follows the most suitable route based on current traffic and road conditions. Short comfort breaks may be made when reasonably required.

The driver communicates in the languages listed in the product information and can provide practical information during the journey. This is not a guided sightseeing tour unless the traveler has booked a separate product option that specifically includes an extended stop or additional service.

Any optional extended stops must be selected and paid for in advance through the relevant Product Option. They are not charged separately during the journey.

At the destination, the driver takes the travelers to the confirmed hotel, accommodation, airport, or other agreed drop-off point, subject to local access and traffic restrictions. The driver then assists with unloading the luggage, completing the private transfer service.
