What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For travelers arriving at Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport or Douala International Airport, please provide your flight number and arrival time when booking. Our representative will be waiting at the arrival hall with a sign bearing your name.
We monitor flight schedules to accommodate delays, but please notify us of any last-minute changes.
Pickup begins 30–60 minutes before tour departure, and airport pickups may require an earlier start depending on traffic and distance to the tour location.
Travelers are dropped off at their original pickup point unless otherwise arranged. This includes Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport, Douala International Airport, or designated hotels and guesthouses within city limits. If you’d prefer a different drop-off location, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
