2. Driver Contact Before Pickup
Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the day of travel to confirm your exact pickup location and estimated arrival time.
3. Arrival at Pickup Point
Be ready at the scheduled pickup location in Kathmandu at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time.
The driver will arrive on time and hold a name card with your name or a Viator signboard for easy identification.
4. Boarding the Vehicle
Once identified, you and your group will board the private car.
Store your luggage securely in the car’s designated space.
The vehicle is fully private, so you travel only with your group unless you request otherwise.
5. Journey to Pokhara
The car departs from Kathmandu and travels directly to Pokhara along the scenic Prithvi Highway, passing rivers, hills, and picturesque landscapes.
Travel time is approximately 6–7 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.
Optional stops for meals, restroom breaks, or sightseeing can be arranged upon request.
6. Arrival in Pokhara
The car drops you off at your hotel, resort, airport, or preferred location in Pokhara.
If your hotel is in Lakeside, the driver can drop you directly near the entrance for convenience.
7. End of Service
After drop-off, your journey ends, and your private driver may provide assistance with luggage if needed.
You can then continue your stay or tour in Pokhara at your own pace.
