Head to the meeting point located on Blvd. Kukulcán, in the Nichupté Lagoon area. Upon arrival, you will see a liquor store called “My Friend”; right next to it there is a car rental office. You can ask at the car rental office for directions to the meeting point.

What to expect

Upon arrival, guests will check in and receive a brief safety introduction on how to operate the jet ski.
After the instructions, you will begin your ride in a designated area of the Nichupté Lagoon, where you can freely drive the jet ski under staff supervision.

This is a self-guided experience, meaning there is no tour guide leading the ride, but staff will be present at all times to ensure safety.
Each jet ski can accommodate up to two people.

Enjoy the freedom to ride, take in the views, and experience the lagoon at your own pace during your selected rental time.
