Complimentary pickup is available from hotels, Airbnbs, or the closest accessible point to your riad. • Your guide will contact you via WhatsApp and email the day before your activity 10 Pm to confirm your exact pickup time and location. For last-minute bookings, you’ll receive a message at least 2 hours before the tour starts. • Please be ready at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. • Present your booking voucher to the driver upon pickup. • After the tour, you will be dropped off at the same location where you were picked up. • Important: If your hotel is more than 8 km away from our meeting point (Hotel Islane), an additional transfer fee will apply. •
