3、During your trip, please notify us by replying with the corresponding number at each of the following stages:
- Upon departure
- Upon landing
- After clearing customs (if applicable)
- After collecting your luggage
- Once you arrive at the designated pickup location

4、Scheduling & Dispatch: Dispatch assigns a driver and vehicle. Customer may receive driver's name, contact number, and tracking link (if available).
4、Pick-Up: Driver meets the client at the designated location (see Pickup Details above). Assistance is provided with luggage.
5、Transfer: Comfortable ride in a private, air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi and bottled water.
6、Drop-Off: river will safely arrive at the drop-off point (terminal, curbside, or hotel entrance), assists with luggage, and confirms all belongings before ending the trip.

• We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability
• If you are traveling with oversized luggage or sports equipment, please inform us in advance so we can assign the most suitable vehicle
• Free Waiting Period:
• Airport: 60 minutes (counted from scheduled pick-up time)
• Seaport&Railway Station: 30 minutes(counted from scheduled pick-up time)
• Others: 15 minutes (counted from scheduled pick-up time)
• Overtime Charges: USD 15 per 15 minutes
