What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an instant confirmation email. Please ensure you provide your flight number, arrival date and time, and your drop-off address in Central London.

4. Luggage Assistance
Your chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle. Luggage allowance: 1 checked suitcase, 1 cabin bag and 1 personal item per passenger. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are travelling with additional luggage.
