What to expect
Experience a seamless arrival or departure at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport with a fast-track immigration service and private transfer to or from your hotel.
For arrivals, meet your fast-track staff at the aero bridge or bus arrival gate, holding a signboard with your name. Walk through the fast lane immigration and, if booked, enjoy porter service at baggage claim. Then, walk to your booked vehicle and continue your transfer to your hotel.
For departures, driver pick you up from your hotel. Once arrive at airport, if booked, Porter will assist with luggage from guests vehicle and service ends at counter check in. Fast track staff staff will continue accompany through immigration fast lane and service ends at departure gate.
Note; Effective immediately, Arrival Fast Track services will be suspended for passengers holding the following 6 nationalities, without exception:

3. Pakistan
4. Ethiopia
5. Turkey
5. Myanmar (Burma)
