Located on the 3rd floor “Experience Studio” in Kaizuka Bldg.(above Gen-an Soba Restaurant). 11 min by direct train from Asakusa (Toei Asakusa Line) to Keisei-Tateishi Station, then 7 min walk. Search “sobawellness” on Google Maps.
What to expect
Create your own handmade soba from scratch under the guidance of a soba chef. This workshop is held at a professional soba training facility where aspiring soba chefs develop traditional skills.
What makes this experience special is the freshness of the soba itself. You will use high-quality soba flour from your on-site milling facility to create authentic handmade soba.
In Japan, truly delicious soba is known for “San-tate”: freshly milled, freshly made, and freshly cooked. Here, you can experience all three in one place.
During the workshop, learn the essential steps of soba making: mix, roll, and cut. Then make your own soba using traditional tools and techniques.
While your handmade soba is freshly cooked by your chef, relax before enjoying it with traditional dipping sauce.
