Travelers will be picked up directly from their hotel, lodge, airport, or any agreed location within Arusha. After the booking is confirmed, we will contact each traveler via WhatsApp or email to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
Our professional guide will be wearing our company T-shirt for easy identification. For airport arrivals, the guide will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. For hotel pickups, the guide will meet travelers at the hotel reception while wearing the company T-shirt and will also confirm the lead traveler’s name before departure.
