Per US Coast Guard bareboat charter regulations, these fees must be paid directly to third parties and cannot pass through our hands, as this would be illegal.
All departure times are subject to availability and will be confirmed after booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time or offer a similar option.
We depart from Biscayne Bay, skirting the Downtown and Brickell skyline as well as the Port of Miami. Along the way we sail past the famous “Millionaire’s Row,” with views of waterfront mansions and superyachts on Palm Island and Hibiscus Island—a perfect stretch for photos and video.
Upon arriving at Fisher Island, the water turns bluer and calmer thanks to the natural protection of the islands. Here you can admire the skyline and South Beach, cruise slowly to spot celebrity homes and iconic architecture, or drop anchor to swim and relax in serene waters.
What to expect: smooth sailing, photogenic corners, and an itinerary that blends luxury, nature, and city in one route. Fisher Island is one of Miami’s most emblematic spots, with an elegant setting and waters that look spectacular at any time of day—especially at sunset.
IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICES
Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals do not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to tardiness is forfeited.
Jet Skis are reserved in advance. If guests arrive late and there is not enough time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be issued. The Jet Ski cost is lost, as they are pre-booked exclusively for your charter.
Fuel and crew fees must be paid in full, even if the full charter time is not used due to late arrival. These costs are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.
No-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not show up for their booking, no refunds will be issued, as the funds are used to cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.
All guests must follow captain and crew safety instructions at all times.
Boat rules apply strictly (maximum capacity, prohibited items, and onboard conduct).
By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these policies.
