To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests, please note that hotel pickup and drop-off within Hurghada are included free of charge.
For guests staying outside Hurghada, including areas such as El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, Soma Bay, Safaga, and surrounding regions, an additional €10 transportation fee per booking will apply.
This fee helps cover the extra distance and transportation costs while maintaining the high quality and reliability of our private service.

Step 1 — Marina El (Meeting & Preparation) The transfer from your hotel to the stable usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on your hotel's location. • Hotels in Sahl Hasheesh: approximately 40 minutes. • Hotels in Makadi Bay, Soma Bay, and El Gouna: travel time may vary, but it is generally around 40 minutes as well. The exact pickup time will be confirmed with you one day before your trip.
