What to expect

We will start at Kennedy Park, where we will briefly learn about the history of Miraflores before heading to the Surquillo Market, one of Lima's main gastronomic markets. We will tour your stalls and taste a lúcuma juice (endemic fruit of Peru) and bread with chicharrón. Then we will visit two restaurants, in the first we will taste a tiradito with yellow chili, northern rice with seafood along with a refreshing chicha morada. In the second, more contemporary restaurant, you can try our lomo saltado with a pisco sour. To end the experience, we return to Miraflores where we will try a high-altitude coffee. At each stop we will explain the origin of the dish, its ingredients, and its preparation, discovering how the tradition and diversity of Peru meet in Lima's cuisine.
