Hotel/Port Pickups: Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated cruise terminal meeting spot 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. As this is a shared service, the van may make stops at 1-3 other nearby resorts.

Step 1: Booking & Confirmation
1. Instant Booking: The traveler books the Shared Transfer on Viator and receives an instant booking voucher.
2. Service Verification: Within 24 hours of booking, Aj's Taxi Antigua Adventures reviews the reservation details (flight number, resort) to ensure all logistics are confirmed and correct.
3. Final Confirmation: The traveler receives a final confirmation message via Viator or email 24-48 hours before arrival, confirming the driver's name and local contact number.
Step 2: Airport Meet-and-Greet (ANU Arrivals)
1. Driver Tracking: The driver tracks the flight's scheduled arrival time and monitors for any delays.
2. Meet-and-Greet: After travelers clear Immigration and Customs, they proceed to the main Arrivals Hall exit.
3. Identification: The driver will be waiting outside holding a sign with the Aj's Taxi Antigua Adventures logo and the traveler's lead name clearly displayed.
4. Luggage Loading: The driver assists with loading all luggage securely into the air-conditioned shared shuttle.
Step 3: Transportation & Drop-Off
1. Departure: The shared shuttle departs the airport and is routed to the destinations.
2. Shared Stops: Since this is a Shared Transfer, the vehicle may make 1 to 3 stops at other resorts along the way to drop off fellow travelers.
3. Final Drop-Off: The traveler is dropped off directly at the lobby of their booked resort or accommodation.
4. Service Conclusion: The service concludes upon safe arrival at the hotel.
