Clear meeting instructions and documentation are sent to the Traveler.
3. Support
The driver is waiting for the customer at the agreed location (Inn, Airport...) with a sign in his name.

4. Transport / Journey
The Traveler is driven to his destination safely, punctuality and comfort.
During the journey, the driver can provide advice or information about the area if requested.
5. Arrival at destination
The driver helps the customer get off and collect his luggage.
Verification that everything is in order and that the customer is satisfied.
6. Return / Follow-up
If the service includes a return trip, the driver arrives at the agreed time to take him to the Inn, Airport or other place.
The tour operator may send a follow-up message or request for an after-service review to improve the experience.
