We are fully licensed and insured, with pickup directly inside Hilo Cruise Port at Bay #5. We plan around your ship’s schedule to return you before all aboard.

Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available directly at the Hilo cruise ship port or at Hilo hotels.
Cruise guests: Meet at Bay #5 by 8:30 AM if your ship’s arrival allows. If your ship arrives later, we’ll adjust pickup to match your arrival and wait for everyone booked on our tour. We’re cruise friendly, stay in communication, and leave no one behind!
Look for Rae wearing a blue collared shirt and holding a Hawaii Island Insider Tours sign. Check our listing photos to recognize our uniform.
